Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure that their vehicle is accessible at the time of the scheduled service. If access to the vehicle is restricted, or if the vehicle is not available, additional charges may apply for rescheduling or travel.

Service Guarantee: AutoGleam stands behind the quality of our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the detailing work performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make every effort to address your concerns promptly.
