Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time may incur a charge.
Liability Limitations: While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during our detailing services, AutoGleam is not liable for any pre-existing damages or issues. Customers are encouraged to inform us of any known problems prior to service, as well as to remove personal belongings from the vehicle.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure that their vehicle is accessible at the time of the scheduled service. If access to the vehicle is restricted, or if the vehicle is not available, additional charges may apply for rescheduling or travel.
Service Guarantee: AutoGleam stands behind the quality of our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the detailing work performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make every effort to address your concerns promptly.
Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent.
