5. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are required to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service. AutoGleam is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle during detailing.

6. Service Guarantees: We stand by the quality of our work. Should you be dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will assess the situation and offer appropriate resolutions, including re-service if deemed necessary.
